*1. Liaison with contractor for change orders and other
matters as they come up during construction. Includes interaction with
suppliers, problem solving as needed, and two site visits.
2. Early selection of contractor (before working drawings), team meetings to
finalize design, site visit at each stage of completion.
3. Includes 1 and 2 plus an Oadbe on-site project manager.
